Getting a head start on the holidays, Thelma Bennett of Down Home Christmas approached the Bethel Village Council Aug. 22 to help finalize plans for the Breakfast with Santa event, which is scheduled for Dec. 3. The breakfast, which will be held at the Bethel Intermediate School cafeteria, will kick off a day of celebration for the busy Christmas season.
