New Richmond schools fill vacant position

Two Clermont County school systems will be forced to make major adjustments just a few weeks into the school year when Williamsburg Superintendent Tom Durbin joins New Richmond Exempted Village Schools as their new head administrator. Effective on Sept. 6, Durbin will take the helm as New Richmond
