Speed the cause of three-car traffic clogging accident

Information is being sought in a three-car accident that is thought to have been caused by excessive speed on Aug. 12. The accident, which resulted in both injuries and a lengthy road closure, halted lunchtime traffic for several hours on Cook Road near Milford.
According to a press release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Eric Roberts of Milford suffered serious leg injuries when the Acura TL he was driving encountered two cars on Cook Road just after noon. Witnesses said that a black Volkswagen GLI and a red Honda Prelude were traveling south on Cook Road at a high rate of speed. While traveling on the windy, 40-mph road, the Honda lost control and slid left of center, striking Roberts
