Following speed limit laws may very well have avoided another death on Clermont County roadways in an Aug. 12 two-vehicle accident. Serious injuries resulted in the accident, but responsible driving by the operator of one of the vehicles is credited with greatly reducing the extent of damage in the incident.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Stephanie Morgan, 47, of Cincinnati, was treated and released from Clermont Mercy Hospital along with two children who were traveling with her after a Walter Bell, 49, pulled into her path on state Route 727.
