Bethel council gives approval for disputed subdivision plat

The Bethel Village Council came to an agreement on the preliminary fate of a subdivision being developed within the community. The Easter Valley Subdivision, being developed by Randy Painter, was previously held up in the plat approval stage due to some misgivings by the council.
