Patrons of the Bethel Branch of the Clermont County Public Library will have to make use of other branches during the month of August. The Bethel Branch will be closed as of Aug. 1 as work is completed on the new location, and library materials are moved from the old building.

The drop off box at the 111 West Plane location will be available for use until Aug. 28, and holds for Bethel patrons will be available at the Amelia Branch.

The new Bethel Branch, located at 611 West Plane Street, is expected to be finished by the planned grand opening date of Aug. 28, and open to the public at 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 29.

The branch is a $1.2 million facility which, at 10,000 square feet, is more than double the size of the old library.
