Ison continues winning ways in national summer tournaments

Jacob Ison has been enhancing his reputation of being a wrestling force with whom to be reckoned. The recent Batavia High School graduate has been very successfully competing in prestigious summer tournaments.
At the Disney Duals that took place at Disney World, Orlando, Fla., he helped lead the AAA sponsored Lakota Firebirds to a seventh place team finish in that national tournament. Ohio, alone, had 26 teams that qualified. Many states sent numerous teams. Ison won all 11 of his matches in the 165-pound weight class.
He was chosen to be a member of the Team Ohio that met, head on, teams in Greco-Roman bouts that took place in Enid, Okla. Team Ohio
