Homeland security demonstrated at the fair

The Clermont County authorities on anti-terrorism held a successful exposition on preparedness July 27 at the Clermont County Fair. Members of several county law enforcement and fire and EMS agencies gathered to talk with citizens about the dangers of terrorism, ways combat it and to display some of their new equipment designed to help serve the populace in the event of an emergency.
Clermont County Commissioner Mary Walker, a member of the group known as the terrorism advisory team, said that the efforts made by the team were some of the most exciting in the county.
