As the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center prompted the US government to take a hard look at homeland security and how local authorities could better protect all citizens, first responders began to find ways to integrate safety from attacks by man with safety from attacks by nature.

During the Clermont County Fair, an expo on homeland security will, hopefully, answer some questions as to how everyone can help make their neighborhoods a safer place to live.
