Batavia Township approves development plan

Business continues to be good in a Batavia Township planned development with the approval of the latest in what will be several phases of the project. The Batavia Township Trustees approved a phase for the popular Lexington Run development, located near the Olive Branch – Stonelick Road intersection with state Route 32, which would add another 31 homes to the booming community project. At recent hearings with the township, developers said that their biggest challenge was drawing plans fast enough to keep up with demand.
