Bethel examines grant applications for improvements

At the June 27 regular meeting of the Bethel Village Council, the board heard from Bruce Brandstetter of Brandstetter and Carroll, an engineering firm used by the village to assist in the search for grant money. After meeting with members of the council recently, Brandstetter was prepared to give a brief outline of possible grant money avenues for the village.
