Accident with toddler not expected to bring charges

No charges are expected to be filed in an accident reported on July 1 in which a two-year-old girl was hit by a van. Injured was Autumn Berry, 2, when she was struck by a van driven by her mother, Susan Berry. According to press releases from the Clermont County Sheriff
