David staved off Goliath for the fourth straight year in Clermont County with another series of top honors for the Clermont County Office of Public Information in the national arena. Serving not only as the communicative link between all things governmental in Clermont County and the news media and public, OPI also serves as an entertaining and otherwise informational force for the citizens of Clermont and surrounding counties.
