Bethel residents and business owners have been stuck in a hairy situation, said Susan Conley, owner of the Bethel Hairitage, a beauty salon in the village. Conley, who approached the Bethel Village Council June 13, voiced concern over repeat break-ins at her business and evidence of drug dealing on the streets and parking lots near her business.
